Shipping Within Australia:
We ship to any location within Australia, Shipping fees are charged based on the weight of your package and are calculated automatically when you finalise your purchase.
Orders should arrive within 3-10 business days.
Change of Mind/Incorrect Sizing:Please check the detailed sizing information provided in our product descriptions prior to purchasing your item, as unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges due to change of mind or incorrect size.
Exchange/Refunds/Faulty items
If your items arrive faulty or damaged, we will be pleased to facilitate an exchange or refund for your purchase. Please contact us immediately to organise the exchange or refund. We will then provide details on the address to send your product back to and the refund and exchange procedure.
We suggest sending returns via a shipping method with tracking capabilities as we are unable to accept responsibility for parcels that are lost in transit.
