Return Policy
Consumer Guarantees
Under Australian Consumer Law, products must meet specific guarantees, including being of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and matching their description. If a product does not meet these guarantees, you are entitled to a remedy—such as a repair, replacement, or refund.
Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day change of mind return policy in line with MyDeal’s guidelines:

Return Period: You have 30 days from the purchase date to request a return.

Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories included, and be unopened, unused, and in resalable condition.

We do not accept responsibility for returned items until they arrive at our warehouse. We highly recommend using tracked and/or insured delivery services.

To initiate a return, please contact us via your MyDeal Account for return approval. Once the item is received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution (refund, exchange, or store credit).
Warranty Claims
Most Pyle USA products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturer defects, in accordance with MyDeal’s warranty policy. If your product is faulty, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.
