Qiara Everyday is an easy-to-take probiotic, proven to support gastrointestinal health and help restore the balance of good bacteria in our digestive system, which results in improved digestion, regular bowel function and improved general wellbeing.

Qiara Everyday can:

Excipients: maltodextrin, sodium ascorbate, sodium chloride, sucrose

Contains no added dairy, yeast, eggs, gluten, nuts, soy or salt.

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Adult: One sachet per day. Up to two sachets per day can be taken. Qiara is almost tasteless. It can simply be mixed into water, milk, a smoothie, soft food such as yoghurt or even sprinkle it on cereal and consume straight away. 

If taking prescribed antibiotics: It's recommended you take two sachets per day, 2-3 hours before or after antibiotic dose. Continue this dosage for 5 days after the antibiotic course is completed, then resume the regular dosage of one sachet per day.
