We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

Overall pretty great for the price. You definitely need a drill to be able to put this together as it doesn't have pre-drilled holes for every part. The drawers are smaller than expected. Would have liked spare parts for the screws and plastic caps as one of the plastic bits was disformed. The bed itself is very stable.

Darker in colour than expected but great value for price. Looked in retail shops and believe this is better quality than others we saw for more than double the price.
