Here are the 3 recommended ways to test the capacity of your battery:

First empty the battery capacity,use a lithium battery charger to charge the battery (Our store also has Victron charger - Blue Smart IP22, you can buy together to to test your battery), record the charging time, and see how many hours it will be fullycharged. an example,lf 10A charger is fully charged for 10 hours, the capacityis 10a x 10h=100Ah

Fully charge the battery and connect it to a 12V electric lamp. Use an amme-ter to test the actual current of the lamp, and then record the service time tosee how many hours it will take to use up the battery. So capacity= Currentconsumption of the lamp x time of depletion (hours)

Purchase a lithium battery capacity testing instrument for testing.

IMPORTANT: While S306-100 100Ah lithium batteries are top-notch & can be wired with other batteries of its kind, it is not advisable to connect any LiFePO4 batteries in parallel or series. This poses several risks and should only be done in emergency situations. If you must wire batteries together, make sure you are familiar with the correct procedure or seek help from a professional if needed.

Warranty Policy

Ozzie Energy offers a 12 month warranty on all products from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Ozzie Energy warrants its products against defects in materials and/or workmanship. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Ozzie Energy, we can offer solve solutions: repair the products, or provide replacement parts, or arrange a full replacement. The warranty period for commercial use is 3 months.

Naturally the warranty cover does not extend to damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes; to damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions. The warranty is considered void if the item has been modified, altered or tampered with by a person (or persons) not authorised by us to provide service (not including standard periodic maintenance).

We do our best to package the products to avoid mishandled or damaged in transit. However, should your item not function on arrival you are entitled to return the product to us for a full refund, repair, or replacement at your request. The item needs to be returned and inspected prior to the resolution being provided.

60 Day Returns Policy

Here at Ozzie Energy, we take customer satisfaction seriously and want to ensure that every customer is 100% satisfied with their purchase.

If for any reason you change your mind about any of the products you purchase from us, simply contact us in writing within 60 days to be guided through getting a refund. Returned items must be in their original packaging with all accessories, in original and re-saleable condition. The original shipping cost plus a 30% restocking fee will be deducted.

If the item has sustained damage in transit, or is not returned as noted above, a revised refund amount may be required.
