Authority to Leave (ATL) Goods ā Consent
You may provide consent for goods to be left unattended and without a signature at the nominated delivery address. If you require a signature upon delivery, please ensure the ā Signature not required on delivery ā option is not selected during the online checkout process.
By providing ATL consent, you acknowledge and agree that the order will be considered delivered in full once the courier has left the goods at the specified address.
Please note: Werko and its couriers do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from the Authority to Leave delivery method.

We offer 30-day change of mind returns from the date of delivery, under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
Proof of purchase is required (e.g. invoice or order number)
Return shipping is at the buyerās expense
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will resolve the issue in line with ACCC consumer guarantees. This includes offering a refund, repair, or replacement, depending on the nature of the issue.

You must provide your order details and photos or evidence of the fault where applicable
Return shipping will be covered by us for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

We do not accept returns for the following items (unless faulty or not as described):

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
