For adults and children 12 years and over, take 1 or 2 tablets initially with fluid, then 1 or 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours as necessary. Maximum of 6 tablets in 24 hours. For children aged 7 to 12 years, take 1 tablet every 6 to 8 hours as needed, with a maximum of 4 tablets in 24 hours.
