All of our orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days from SYDNEY WAREHOUSE. Upon shipping you will get a tracking notification to your email.

Australian Metro Cities: 2-4 days

Australian Regional Cities: 3-6 days

Australian Remote Areas: 5-8 days

If a product is faulty, fails to perform as advertised, or does not match its description, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

Change of Mind:

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Return:

• Wrong Item Received: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible. We will promptly send the correct item and cover the return shipping costs.

• Faulty Items: if you believe an item is faulty, we will work with the official distributor to assess whether an exchange, refund, or repair is warranted under Australian Consumer Law. The item may need to be inspected by the supplier. If deemed faulty due to a manufacturing defect, you will receive a repair, exchange, or refund, and we will reimburse your return shipping costs.
