Return Policies
At Vitamart, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or refund if:
The product was purchased directly from Vitamart.
The product is faulty, not of acceptable quality, or does not match its description.
The return request is made within 14 days of the purchase date.
The product is returned in its original packaging and condition.
Expired products cannot be returned.
Return Process
Contact Us ā Before returning an item, reach out to our customer service team via your Order History in your Account Dashboard to request return authorisation.
Shipping the Product ā Once authorised, securely package the item and send it via a traceable shipping method to our Warehouse. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the customerās responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Inspection & Processing ā Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the product and process your request.
If approved, you may choose between a full refund (excluding shipping costs) or a replacement product.
Please allow up to 14 business days for us to process your return.
If the return is not received within 14 days of approval, a refund may not be issued.
Refunds & Replacements
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will arrange for a new product to be sent.
We do not accept returns after the productās expiration date.
