All shipping Within Australia comes with tracking and Australia Post Insurance cover  

When will I receive my order?  Orders processed before 12 pm AEST will be shipped out the same day orders placed after 12 pm AEST will be shipped out the next business day Orders placed on a weekend will be shipped out the next business day During high peak holiday and sales periods  please allow an additional 24- 48 hours order processing time 

Australia Post Regular shipping with tracking  3-5 Business days*

Regional Australia/rural areas please allow an additional 2 business days*

*Australia Post shipping times may vary during high volume times such as Christmas/new year 

Can I track my order?  Yes, all orders have Australia Post tracking. Your tracking number will be provided to you once your order has been processed

Returns

Divaful Beauty offers a 30 day return policy on faulty or damaged items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for change of mind of makeup, swatched used or opened makeup products tools or brushes and accessories due to hygiene reasons see below.

If you receive a damaged or faulty product please contact us immediately

We will ask for photos for an assessment by our team and send out a prepaid envelope for the return of the product.

Please do not throw out the item as we cannot process returns without receiving the faulty product from you.

Once we have received the faulty product we can process a store credit, refund or exchange for something else you would like of equal value to the original purchase.
