Q: Why does it stop after ten minutes of use?

A: It should be charged for 4-5 hours before using it for the first time. When the power is sufficient, the high-speed gear can be used for about 80 minutes, low gear can be used for 120 minutes, which can fully meet the needs of use.

In the rare case that a product becomes faulty or a buyer receives a product with defects, buyers are entitled to request for a product replacement within 60 days of purchase.

EXTENDED PROTECTION PLAN 

 

Upon purchase of applicable physical goods, customers may purchase our Extended Protection Plans (“Plans”) that ranges from 1 to 4 years.

 

Our Plans are offered as an optional addition to customers upon their purchase of applicable physical goods from Smart Living Box official sites.

 

Under these plans, we cover any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the protection period. The protection period commences from the date of purchase. The protection period varies depending on the period selected and purchased by the customer.

 

We will replace, at no charge, the product or part of the product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance, during the protection period. Should replacement of products or parts of a product become unavailable, we may refund the customer an amount not exceeding the amount paid by the customer for the Plan. We reserve the right to final decision upon dispute.
