Our returns policy allows for exchange or refund of purchase for up to 14 days, except when it is due to change of mind, or is a result of purchasers error.
If Designer Plants make an error and deliver the wrong item, we will cover the return freight back to us, and the freight to deliver the correct item.

I absolutely LOVE these. Locate in a pretty ceramic hanging pot and one has a beautiful no fuss plant which looks and even feels authentic. Uv resistance is icing on the cake because the “plant” can used in or outdoor. I couldn’t be more pleased with my shopping experience and my purchase
