We ship out all orders from our Melbourne (VIC) warehouse within 2 business days - in most cases we ship out next day.
Shipping is Standard Shipping with Australia Post. Delivery times depend on delivery location - you can check with Australia Post what typical delivery times are from Melbourne to your location.
We reserve the right to ship with other carriers in special cases.

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
