All orders will be dispatched within these specified hours. Our exclusive courier service is Australia Post. Any parcels shipped by Direct Haircare will be delivered through Australia Post during their operational hours.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

Sealed Items: Please be aware that we cannot accept change of mind returns for items that come in sealed packages or boxes if the seals are damaged or broken.
