Holiday Season:

Our warehouse will dispatch orders until Friday 22nd December. The warehouse will remain closed from 23rd December until the 4th of January. Any orders that are placed between 23rd Dec and 3rd January will be dispatched on the 4th of January.
Please order by 18/12/2023 for the best chance of delivery before Christmas.

Returns Policy:

We aim to make you feel absolutely confident while shopping with Elan Linen and hence; we give you the option to return any unopened, unused item with its original packaging for any reason within 30 days of receiving the item. Please read the following carefully:

(a) You should have your original Elan Linen return slip that is included with the package

(b) The item is in ready-to-sale condition including that:

- It is in its original packing, including instruction manuals and all accessories;

- It is unused, unopened and in its original condition;

- Any labels are still attached including barcodes

(d) Change of mind returns are subject to a $20 restocking fee.

(g) In order to assist the return process, you may be required to provide additional information. Please do not attempt to return the items before contacting us (you may be responsible for any associate expenses if you do so).
