At MIKOA Essentials, we prioritise your satisfaction and aim to provide seamless shipping for all orders.
Processing Time
Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed. Note that orders placed during sale events and busier periods may require additional processing time. Our team does not process online orders over weekends or on QLD public holidays.
We accept returns on any qualifying product within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund to the original form of payment. Please note that we cannot refund any shipping and handling charges. To initiate a return, contact our Customer Service Team at within the 14-day window.
Condition of Returns
Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. We monitor returns and reserve the right to refuse service to those who abuse this policy. Any bundles purchased must be returned together—we do not accept partial returns of bundles. All sales made during gift-with-purchase promotion periods are final, and promotions cannot be applied retroactively. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns from other stores or online stores that stock MIKOA Essentials as we operate as separate entities.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
