Warm Notes
• When the camera is connected to a Reolink NVR with the hardware version of N2MB02/H3MB18 while under the latest firmware version, you could still enable the two-way talk via Reolink App/Client (NVR interface excluded) on your phone/PC/tablet(mic and speaker enabled) when accessing the channel of the RLC-811A.
FAQ Time
Q1: Can I turn off the motion spotlight or get the spotlight stay on?
A1: You could turn off the Night Mode of the spotlight via Reolink App/Client to turn it off at night, or set a schedule for the spotlight to let it stay on at the set time.
Q2: Will this work with the Reolink NVR or system?
A2: Yes, it does. Reolink NVRs with the hardware version of N2MB02/H3MB18/N3MB01 support the smart detection/playback for the RLC-811A. You can verify the compatibility via the System Information of the NVR.
Q3: Is the camera compatible with third-party software/System/NVR?
A3: The RLC-811A IP camera could be added to some third-party software/NVR such as Blue Iris or Synology, but we could only ensure the full compatibility between this camera and the Reolink NVR/software.

We provide a 2-year limited warranty for new Products (IP Camera/NVR System/Accessories) purchased from Reolink and a 1-year warranty for Reolink Certified Refurbished Products.
If you encounter any issues with Reolink products, please feel free to contact us and we will help process the warranty accordingly.
30-Day Return Policy
You may return the unwanted product to Reolink for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of the delivery date. You are responsible for the shipping fees. Beyond the end of those 30 days, refunds and exchanges for unwanted products are not available.
