Q1: Any tips when I install the camera?
A1: It is recommended to install the camera 2-3 meters (7-10 ft) above the ground. This height maximizes the detection range of the PIR motion sensor. And for better motion detection performance, please install the camera angularly.

Q2: How long does the battery last?
A2: Normally, the battery lasts for about 1 - 4 weeks, based on your settings, usage, or temperature. We recommend you use Reolink Solar Panel to get non-stop power.

Q3: Can this camera work with NVR or Synology NAS?
A3: No, this camera is not compatible with any NVR or NAS.
