Our Replica Tulip Table is based on the original design by Eero Saarinen in 1956. The tulip range was so named because of the slender, elegant stem like pedestals and organic shapes that typified all of his pieces.

Saarinen wanted to escape the tedium of legs and square surfaces that had encroached on furniture of the time and created this table with smooth lines and no edges. The table base is made from cast aluminium, so it is both lightweight and very strong.

The table top is finished in a polyurethane finish to ensure durability in a matte white colour. Beveled edges on the top and thin stem and base makes this an elegant table. Suits 4-6 people.
