• The neck ring is made with very durable material and can be used repeatedly by freezing it again every time it melts. Spots of extra shine may appear on its surface after repeated use, which is completely safe and normal.
• The neck cooling tube is made of premium TPU material that is completely safe and skin-friendly. It is also filled with PCM gel which freezes faster and lasts longer than water. It has a light and compact design, making it easy to store and carry.
• When you cool it in the freezer, refrigerator, or ice water, it will start to freeze naturally. The neck ring stays cool for about 1 to 1 hour for 30 hours, so it is useful for commuting to work or school, and can also be used as a heat protection item.
