Refunds and Returns Policy:
Only Sasy n Savy items purchased via this site can be returned to Sasy n Savy Pty Ltd for a refund or exchange at the buyers cost.
Should you make an error when ordering online, Sasy n Savy will gladly exchange your item for the item you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges. Please contact us immediately if this occurs for you.
We will ensure that we pack your order with the greatest of care and consideration of safety. But in the circumstance of your order arriving in a damaged state of items or error of goods received than ordered online contact Sasy n Savy immediately for further assistance.
