Step 1: Apply the lip color evenly to clean, bare lips. Allow the color to dry completely before proceeding.
Step 2: Brush the moisturizing topcoat over the dried lip color. Reapply the topcoat throughout the day as needed to maintain comfort and shine.
Removal: To remove the lip color, use any oil- or cream-based makeup remover or cleanser.
