Rhino-Rack's design philosophy when it comes to their roof rack development is centred around the goal of upgrading lifestyles not just vehicles. The ubiquitous Pioneer platform is a perfect representation of this idea with its amazing versatility, custom vehicle fits, and a carefully considered approach to design and construction. It's a brilliant roof rack for 4x4 adventures, camping, road trips, cycling excursions, water sports enthusiasts, tradies, or simply for day-to-day hauling.

Just when we thought it couldn't get any better Rhino-Rack pulled yet another ace from their sleeves with the 6 series Pioneer platform range, with a host of upgrades to improve an already excellent roof rack system.

For the 6 series Rhino listened to their customer feedback and improved the Pioneer platform to suit.

Arguably the most impactful upgrade is the 60% reduction in drag, which means less wind noise primarily, one of the biggest issues with any roof rack. This also will slightly improve fuel economy on long trips.

Weight is always another high impact issue with roof racks and especially platforms, as with the greater load space comes greater weight, which means you can load up less gear before reaching your vehicle's roof load rating limit. With the 6 series Rhino have reduced the weight of the platform by a very substantial 20%, so you can carry more gear. Amazingly, this has been achieved without any reduction in the rack's strength with the use of stronger alloys.

Rhino have also improved the durability of the already tough Pioneer range with a new powder coating technique to produce the toughest finish ever, so you'll be very hard pressed to damage or scuff this rack.

Everyone wants more accessory mounting options, so they have done away with channel apertures which allows 100% of the platform's channels to be used for mounting accessories. Along with a 25% increase in the amount of channels for accessory mounting it now provides you with the option to fit your accessories to almost any part of the platform.

An area where Rhino have always shined is in their range of accessories available for their Pioneer range, this remains unchanged. With accessories for every activity, whether you are into 4x4 trips, kayaking, camping, cycling, or if you're a tradesperson, they have something for you. Plus, they have various general cargo carrying options for the 6 series.

Rhino have also made innovations in this area with improved designs across the board and their new Zwifloc channel nuts which allow you to fit, move, or remove your accessories easily, without needing to shift any of the others you may have fitted.

Returns and Change of Mind Policy:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Warranty Statement:

RRGQ Pty Ltd T/a ROOF RACKS GALORE warrants that the goods will, under proper use, be free from defects due to faulty workmanship or materials for a period of 12 months from the date of installation or Delivery, whichever is later. This warranty is in addition to any non-excludable statutory warranty or guarantee that may be implied by law. For individual product warranty periods please refer to the product manufacturers website.
Where there is an alleged warranty issue, the Buyer must obtain the advice and approval of ROOF RACKS GALORE prior to carrying out any repairs. ROOF RACKS GALORE will, if it finds the goods to have a defect covered by this warranty, at its option, repair or replace the goods, or pay for the cost of the goods being repaired. The Buyer must, at its own cost and risk, once approved by ROOF RACKS GALORE, quarantine and hold the defective Product and, when instructed by ROOF RACKS GALORE, return, repair or destroy the Product.

Where the Buyer repairs or arranges for the repair of the Product after approval by ROOF RACKS GALORE to do so, the Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the goods meet ROOF RACKS GALORE compliance criteria and are safe and fit for purpose. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law these terms and conditions exclude all other conditions, guarantees, warranties, liabilities or representations in relation to the goods and/or services unless contained in a written warranty provided to the Buyer with the goods. Where legislation implies in these terms and conditions any condition or warranty that cannot be excluded or modified, to the extent permitted by law the liability of ROOF RACKS GALORE for a breach of any such condition or warranty is limited at ROOF RACKS GALORE option to any one or more of the following:
a.) In the case of goods:

replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods;
payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods, by credit to the Buyer’s account, in cash or by cheque at ROOF RACKS GALORE discretion; or
repayment of any part of the purchase price of the goods which has been paid by the Buyer, by credit to the Buyer’s account, in cash or by cheque at ROOF RACKS GALORE discretion.
b).In the case of advice, recommendations, information or services, by supplying the advice recommendations, information or services again.

ROOF RACKS GALORE is not liable for any loss or damage of any kind whatsoever and howsoever arising out of or in connection with the supply of goods and services, including (without limitation) any indirect or consequential loss (including without limitation loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of contract, loss of goodwill or increased cost of workings), arising out of or in connection with the supply of goods or services, even if due to the negligence of ROOF RACKS GALORE or any of its employees or agents. ROOF RACKS GALORE will not be liable for any act of war, strike, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm or other act of natural cause beyond its reasonable control.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
