Every nose is different. Which is why you’ll find three different sizes of Mute in this Starter pack – small, medium and large. Try each one to discover the right Mute for your nose. Mute is also fully adjustable so you can alter the amount of dilation to suit each nostril and get the right balance of comfort and airflow.

Mute works by gently opening up the nasal airways allowing you to breathe more easily through your nose and helping you to keep your mouth closed during sleep. Better nasal airflow helps to reduce the vibrations in the airway that can cause disruptive snoring. By improving breathing through the nose, Mute can also reduce snoring caused by night-time nasal congestion or obstructions such as a deviated septum or blocked nose.

• STEP 1
  Pro tip: Looking in a mirror can be helpful at first — you’ll master Mute in no time. Hold the bridge of the device with the loops facing you and the paddles facing outward.
• STEP 2
  Gently place the loops inside your nose and tilt the bridge upwards towards the tip of your nose as you insert.
• STEP 3
  Mute should sit all the way inside your nose. The bridge should show, spanning the nostrils. If your Mute device is hanging out, it may be too big.
• HOW TO ADJUST
  You can easily adjust your device to make it more comfortable. Expand the loops by gently clicking the paddles outward. Each side can be adjusted separately for the perfect fit.

Wash hands before removing the product from its packaging.
Care for your Mute – wash in warm soapy water, rinse, and dry after each use. Keep in a dry place. Mute is reusable up to 10 nights.
