Check every dose with ease! The Coffee Gear Bench/Portafilter scale makes weighing the portafilter handle a breeze. Its generous surface allows for quick and easy placement providing any professional baritsa with the ability to hit the right dose every time! Reducing variables is the key to making the perfect espresso and weighing each 'in handle' dose helps your business produce a more consitent product. The generous platform and 2 kg capacity also allow this scale to be used for weighing beans and other produce.
Some tips for use:
Place the scale on a flat, level surface away from any electronic equipment that may interfere with the scale. Press and release the "ON/OFF" button to turn on the scale. Wait until the LCD display shows "0.0", then press the "MODE" key to choosed your desired weighing unit. Place the item to be weighed on the platform and wait until the reading is stable. Press the "ON/OFF" button to turn off the scale.
To calibrate:
On the underside of your scale, slide the switch from your auto-off selection to "Calibration". Now the scale is in calibration mode. When the scale is turned off, press "ON/OFF" key again. Wait until zero is displayed. Press and hold the "MODE" key until the display shows "CAL", then release the button. Press the "MODE" key again. The required weight (2000g) flashes on the display. Place the required weight onto the centre of the platform. The LCD display reads "PASS" and comes back to the normal weighing mode. Turn the scale over and return the switch from "Calibration" back to your desired auto off selection.

RETURNS POLICY
We accept refunds and exchanges for change of mind or incorrect choice or if the item arrives damaged. If the item arrives damaged, we may ask for photo's to be sent to us.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We will replace any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged, providing a claim is made within 24 hours. Confirmation of your claim can be done by email.
Please ensure once you receive your order that you immediately check for any damage and inform us immediately. To return any item for any reason, the customer must arrange for return regular postage by Australia Post. Please obtain tracking details and advise of the the tracking information as soon as your damaged item is sent back to us.

Change of Mind
Our change of mind or incorrect choice policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return for change of mind or incorrect choice, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us for further instructions.
Shipping / Postage
You will be responsible for organising and paying for your own regular shipping/postage costs for returning your item. Shipping/Postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping/postage will be deducted from your refund. If the item is damaged in transit and your claim is approved, regular postage/shipping will be refunded.
