Returns / Change of Mind Policy:

We accepts returns within 30 days after the delivery of the order.
You may return your purchase If you do not like it, change your mind or exchange for a different color or size.
We only accept returns for unused items.
Please ensure to return the item in original packing and with tags. Please do not over pack the item when returning it.
Please note, we only provide a free shipping label to return an item if your return is eligible to return on our cost. We do not compensate any return cost unless we have agreed in writing and prior to your returning. Please always get in touch with us before returning an item for any reason.
You should expect to receive your refund within 3 days after we have received your item and inspected it for restocking.
We do not charge any restocking fee however shipping charges paid on your order are Non-Refundable.
If you are returning an item for refund where you have received free shipping, you may be charged for the shipping charges which we paid to deliver your order.

If you would like to return a faulty item for refund where we are able to offer a free replacement, this return will be treated as return for change of mind. We happily exchange an item however the free shipping (where offered) only applies to first time shipment on original order. In you would like to exchange for a different size or colour and we are out of stock you’re your desired item, we will try our best to arrange it which may take some time.
