GRIP STYLES The Kone Pro's refined design and ergonomic shape mean it comfortably supports any grip style

PALM GRIP

This is a relaxed and comfortable grip style. You rest your entire hand on your mouse, with your index and middle finger laying flat on the main buttons and your thumb and pinky resting on either side. Your shoulder does the hard work here, allowing for large sweeping movements. Perfect if you like to play at a lower DPI on a large mousepad.

FINGERTIP GRIP

Fingertip grip is all about speed. The intention is to maintain minimal contact between your hand and the mouse, allowing for swift and agile movements. To achieve the perfect Fingertip grip, slightly arch your hand and rest only the tips of your fingers on the mouse, but not the palm.

CLAW GRIP

For a Claw grip, you rest your palm on your mouse and arch your index and middle fingers down so that you press the main buttons with your fingertips. This pose allows your fingers to move fast, enabling faster reactions that could provide a competitive advantage.

PHANTOMFLEX™ CHARGING CABLE Running low on battery? Connect the PhantomFlex™ charging cable for a near wireless experience while you quickly refuel with our Rapid Charge technology. Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us and our product support team will help you troubleshoot the issue to hopefully save you the hassle of having to return the product. If they're unsuccessful, we will provide a return authorisation & details to have the product repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the issue.

We test faulty goods to verify reported faults and will attempt to repair your product before replacing or refunding it. However, if the product is found to be working on arrival, you will be charged a re-delivery fee to have it sent back.
