How the RODEZI Carry Bar works for Beach Fishing
The clamp attaches to your bulbar or nudge bar and is suitable for a maximum diameter 75mm bar. The clamp is made from 2 pieces and bolts together over your bar. It has 3 different sized inserts that can be used to reduce the size so that it fits bars between 45mm( 1 3/4 ") and 75mm (3").
The adjustable post quickly attaches to the clamp and allows the height and direction of the rod holder or tee top to be adjusted. The height adjustment allows fishing rods to be carried above the line of vision for the driver and passenger of the vehicle, making the trip safer and more comfortable for all vehicle occupants.
If you choose the Fish Rod Holder option this attaches to the top of the adjustable post. It's again manufactured from a corrosion free black plastic compound. It will not scratch your rods and reels like aluminum versions on the market. There are 'V' shaped cut-outs in the top and bottom of the tubes which hold the reels, allowing your rods to be carried with the reels on top or on the bottom. The V allows reels of different sizes to be carried effectively. There is a cone-lock on the lower part of the rod holder to receive the upper post.
The rod holder can be swivelled 360 degrees when the cone-lock on either the rod holder or the clamp is loosened. This allows the rods to be inserted from the front of the vehicle, then swung around, locked in place and simply secured at the other end. When removing the rods the reverse is carried out. If the vehicle is on a beach then the rod holder, containing rods, is simply turned to the front and tackle can be worked on and hooks baited, before they are removed from the vehicle. The rods remain easily accessible at any time.
Returns and Change of Mind Policy:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Warranty Statement:
RRGQ Pty Ltd T/a ROOF RACKS GALORE warrants that the goods will, under proper use, be free from defects due to faulty workmanship or materials for a period of 12 months from the date of installation or Delivery, whichever is later. This warranty is in addition to any non-excludable statutory warranty or guarantee that may be implied by law. For individual product warranty periods please refer to the product manufacturers website.
Where there is an alleged warranty issue, the Buyer must obtain the advice and approval of ROOF RACKS GALORE prior to carrying out any repairs. ROOF RACKS GALORE will, if it finds the goods to have a defect covered by this warranty, at its option, repair or replace the goods, or pay for the cost of the goods being repaired. The Buyer must, at its own cost and risk, once approved by ROOF RACKS GALORE, quarantine and hold the defective Product and, when instructed by ROOF RACKS GALORE, return, repair or destroy the Product.
Where the Buyer repairs or arranges for the repair of the Product after approval by ROOF RACKS GALORE to do so, the Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the goods meet ROOF RACKS GALORE compliance criteria and are safe and fit for purpose. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law these terms and conditions exclude all other conditions, guarantees, warranties, liabilities or representations in relation to the goods and/or services unless contained in a written warranty provided to the Buyer with the goods. Where legislation implies in these terms and conditions any condition or warranty that cannot be excluded or modified, to the extent permitted by law the liability of ROOF RACKS GALORE for a breach of any such condition or warranty is limited at ROOF RACKS GALORE option to any one or more of the following:
a.) In the case of goods:
replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods;
payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods, by credit to the Buyer’s account, in cash or by cheque at ROOF RACKS GALORE discretion; or
repayment of any part of the purchase price of the goods which has been paid by the Buyer, by credit to the Buyer’s account, in cash or by cheque at ROOF RACKS GALORE discretion.
b).In the case of advice, recommendations, information or services, by supplying the advice recommendations, information or services again.
ROOF RACKS GALORE is not liable for any loss or damage of any kind whatsoever and howsoever arising out of or in connection with the supply of goods and services, including (without limitation) any indirect or consequential loss (including without limitation loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of contract, loss of goodwill or increased cost of workings), arising out of or in connection with the supply of goods or services, even if due to the negligence of ROOF RACKS GALORE or any of its employees or agents. ROOF RACKS GALORE will not be liable for any act of war, strike, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm or other act of natural cause beyond its reasonable control.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
