Rosemary (Rosmarinus Officinalis) Essential Oil 12mL

Rosemary Essential Oil is a reviving stimulant associated with concentration, focus and clarity. Rosemary oil has antiseptic properties that may assist in reducing dandruff, hair loss, cellulite, fluid retention, headaches & mental fatigue. Rosemary oil may improve low blood pressure and can provide symptomatic relief from headaches, colds, flu, muscular aches, pains and nervous stress. Rosemary oil has anti-oxidant properties to stimulate skin and improve circulation. It may relieve itchy skin and revive dull hair.

Combine with Clary Sage for an aromatherapy blend to boost mental fatigue. Add 6-8 drops to a fully drawn bath or dilute in a carrier oil for a reviving massage blend.

Alternate develop your own awakening oil by combining:

  • 3 drops Lavender
  • 2 drops Rosemary
  • 1 drop Cedarwood

Directions of use:

  • Vaporiser: Add 10 -15 drops of the essential oil to the Sasy n Savy electrical vaporiser. No water required. For further instructions please refer to the box.
  • Bath: To minimise the risk of skin irritations in the bath, you can use Glycerine (which is a water dispersible agent) to dissolve the essential oils into the water.
  • Inhaling: Add 6 drops of the essential oil to 1 litre of steaming water. Cover the head with a towel and inhale for 5 minutes, keeping eyes closed.
  • Massage/Skin application: Normally used only when instructed by a health care professional or where specifically recommended. Small localised area only.
