SM-RT70 disc brake rotors deliver powerful and consistent brake performance for all riding conditions. The ICE TECHNOLOGIES rotor significantly reduces heat build-up in the brake system to ensure consistent high performance braking even on the steepest downhill stretches. SHIMANO's CENTER LOCK mounting system makes installing and removing rotors quick and easy thanks to the spine mount and lock ring design.

Who is this product for? This is a great replacement for worn-out Ultegra rotors which are so often unavailable. The SM-RT70 will work very well at a lower cost, and just a few extra grams.

The Bicycle Depot Technical Top Tip: Keep your greasy fingers and any lubricants or sprays well away from your brake rotors and pads. The most common cause of poor braking performance and especially of noisy brakes is contaminated pads. The solution is to check there are no brake fluid leaks, and then clean the rotor very thoroughly with hot soapy water and then isopropyl alcohol, and fit new pads. If unsure, seek assistance from a professional bicycle mechanic.
