We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

Love this stool and great value too - soft and comfortable cushion, nice velvety material, sturdy stool to sit on (our maximum weight is around 80kg) and the huge storage space is very handy. Previously bought a more expensive and lesser quality stool from luxo living which was a complete waste of money - never buying from them again! My only regret on this lovely stool from prime cart is that there is no black and purple colours, will definitely buy more if these come out :)
