Returns Policy
As per our policy, change of minds returns are usually not accepted but are only accepted at our discretion. In the instance where the customer is keen on returning the item for a refund, the item should be in original packaging and in re-saleable condition.
The customer will need to return the item at their cost and supply a return tracking number. For RTS products, if customers opt for us to resend the item, a re-shipping fee will be applied. Otherwise, a re-stocking fee will be deducted. ABM will deduct a 20% re-stocking fee from the Cost for returns to sender items and change of mind returns. If customers request that we organise a return and provide with either a reply-paid label or arrange a carrier.
A standard surcharge for returns which is excluding GST will be deducted. Please review our return rates for change of mind returns.
Small Items (5KG and Under) – $12 per item
Medium ( Luggage and Umbrellas) – $23 per item
Large (Mattress) – $45 per item
Large (Outdoor Furniture) – Standard $75 but Subjected to number of Boxes/Quantity
Change of Mind is only accepted within 7 days of receiving the order, only items are in original packaging, unopened and unused.

Very happy with the doona. It’s beautifully made with loops on the corners to secure the doona in the cover. However with the cotton cover you don’t really need that as it doesn’t slip around like a silk cover but it’s handy. A very light but warm quilt. Melbourne’s weather is very fickle and I’ve put on a mohair rug some nights but haven’t needed it. Another feature is the press studs on all corners so you can add another doona if you wish. My previous silk doona had a silk cover which perished over time. A great buy at a great price.

Great summer doona. Smooth line that falls well on the bed. I have a number of these but they are so good I decided to buy one for the guest bedroom as well!

Nice light comfortable quilt made from natural fibres. May need to purchase two quilts to get through the winter months as one quilt doesn't provide much warmth!
