Returns Policy
As per our policy, change of minds returns are usually not accepted but are only accepted at our discretion. In the instance where the customer is keen on returning the item for a refund, the item should be in original packaging and in re-saleable condition.
The customer will need to return the item at their cost and supply a return tracking number. For RTS products, if customers opt for us to resend the item, a re-shipping fee will be applied. Otherwise, a re-stocking fee will be deducted. ABM will deduct a 20% re-stocking fee from My Deal’s Cost for returns to sender items and change of mind returns. If customers request that we organise a return and provide with either a reply-paid label or arrange a carrier.
A standard surcharge from My Deal for returns which is excluding GST will be deducted. Please review our return rates for change of mind returns.
Small Items (5KG and Under) – $12 per item
Medium ( Luggage and Umbrellas) – $23 per item
Large (Mattress) – $45 per item
Large (Outdoor Furniture) – Standard $75 but Subjected to number of Boxes/Quantity

Change of Mind is only accepted within 7 days of receiving the order, only items are in original packaging, unopened and unused.

Wow, these sheets are the best. I bought these for my son's bed as he has night terrors when he gets too hot and ends up sweating profusely during the night. These sheets really do regulate your body temperature. Since I put them on his bed, no more night terrors and no more sweats. These are absolutely worth their money in gold. They're so soft and light plus they wash up and dry really well/quick too. Always make sure you get the 100% Bamboo Sheets and not the Bamboo Blend otherwise they won't regulate your body temperature like these ones do. I have tried both types and these Royal Comfort 100% Bamboo ones are the only ones that do it. I ended up buying these in a King Size in Blue for my bed and they're the best sheets I've ever owned. I won't buy any other brand of 100% Bamboo Sheets again. Royal Comfort sheets are the best I have found. Shipping was extremely fast too. Such a great price for luxury sheets. Highly recommend.

Wow. I feel special. These are amazing sheets. Bamboo is so soft. It feels like luxury, Superquick delivery, and no dramas.
