All products from ABM come with a 6-month warranty
Returns Policy
As per our policy, change of minds returns are usually not accepted but are only accepted at our discretion. In the instance where the customer is keen on returning the item for a refund, the item should be in original packaging and in re-saleable condition.
The customer will need to return the item at their cost and supply a return tracking number. For RTS products, if customers opt for us to resend the item, a re-shipping fee will be applied. Otherwise, a re-stocking fee will be deducted. ABM will deduct a 20% re-stocking fee from My Deal’s Cost for returns to sender items and change of mind returns. If customers request that we organise a return and provide with either a reply-paid label or arrange a carrier.
A standard surcharge from My Deal for returns which is excluding GST will be deducted. Please review our return rates for change of mind returns.
Small Items (5KG and Under) – $12 per item
Medium ( Luggage and Umbrellas) – $23 per item
Large (Mattress) – $45 per item
Large (Outdoor Furniture) – Standard $75 but Subjected to number of Boxes/Quantity

Change of Mind is only accepted within 7 days of receiving the order, only items are in original packaging, unopened and unused.

I am delighted with my silk pillow case: it is wonderfully smooth on my face which I greatly appreciate as, now that I am over 80 years old, my cotton/polyester pillow slips feel rough on my face and adversely affect my sleep. That is what motivated me to search for a silk pillow slip. An additional advantage is that there is a zipper rather than a fold of material to hold close the open end of the pillow case. Also, it is a generous fit, not mean. Yes - I am impressed.

This silk pillowcase is very good quality. I have bought other 100% mulberry silk pillowcases in the past from other online shops and have paid excessively more for them. Would definitely buy this brand again.
