Shipping Details

$10.95 Regular post (2-6 business days depending on your location) Handling Time 1-2 business days, but the majority of orders are dispatched same day if the order has been received before 12pm. International Shipping Charge We charge a flat rate fee of $29.95 AUD, plus $5 AUD per extra item. Please note as the buyer you are responsible for any customs fees or taxes that are associated with the importation of goods. Please ensure that your address is in English. If the parcel is returned back to us from your country and you would like it to be resent, you will incur an additional postage charge.

Return or exchange of products will only be considered if the following criteria have been met:

1. The items must be in original, NEW condition; this includes any packaging and swing tags to be attached. If the swing tags are removed, there will be no exchange or refund.
2. The products have not been worn, washed or damaged in any way.
3. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order that you need to refund or exchange; and we must receive the item within 10 business days of your notification.

There is NO refund or exchange on sale items. 

We DO NOT offer refunds because you have changed your mind

We DO NOT accept returns or exchange any briefs, boxer shorts, stockings and Pantyhose due to health regulations and the intimate nature of lingerie/underwear.

Shipping costs cannot be refunded and as the buyer you are responsible for all postage costs.
