Order Cancellation
We may cancel your order in limited circumstances where it is out of stock or damaged, or there is an error in the product listing (including the product price). You may cancel an order after placing it if it has not been processed with our warehouse. Once an order has been processed it cannot be cancelled.
Change of Mind
We may allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘as new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of your purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning any item you wish to send back because you have changed your mind.
Products which are on promotion (indicated by a 'Sale' or 'Limited Time Deal' badge) are ineligible for change of mind returns.
Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
