1. You changed your mind: We offer a generous 14 day return policy for change of mind on selected items only. Some products cannot be returned due to health and sanitary reasons. very pleased with purchase of russell hobs and good delivery. but very unhappy now because i am trying to place another order for two days now you cant regonise area code hav been on phone today for 2 and ahalf hours still cant talk to anyone what a disgracefull way to treat people
