To optimise performance, insert an ice pack or ice substitute, which will function better than ice cubes, while minimising condensation or dampness. If using ice cubes ensure they are sealed into a zip-lock style plastic bag to protect other items. Pack the lunch bag as full as possible with items of similar temperature - the colder the items are at the time of packing, the longer they will stay cold. Place ice packs at the top of the contents as cold air flows down. Minimise opening and closing the bag to keep cool air in and warm air out.

CLEANING & CARE TIPS
-Use mild dish soap and a damp sponge to wipe both the interior and exterior fabrics. Do not use chlorine bleach. Allow to air dry.
-Washing machine safe. Cold wash, delicate cycle recommended. Air dry only.
-Do not place warm or hot dishes directly from the oven into the tote to prevent damage to the insulated lining.
-Do not place the tote in an oven, microwave, dryer or dishwasher.

Returns / Change of Mind Policy:
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS: In order for us to process a change of mind return you must make contact via email or phone within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your return request has been approved you must return the item in as-new condition, with all original packaging. Refunds are offered on the purchase value less the cost of shipping. Items received back not in as-new condition are processed at our discretion depending on the saleability of the item.
ITEMS ARRIVING DAMAGED: While we package our orders very well and take every care when dispatching, occasionally items can arrive damaged. If you have received a damaged item please contact us.
We will request a photo of the damaged goods so we can assess and offer an appropriate solution.
We may ask that you return the damaged item to us. If this is the case, we will provide a prepaid return label for you to attach to the package and take to the post office. When returning an item please ensure it is packaged well to prevent further damage.
Once we have received the damaged item back to us, we can arrange a replacement or a refund.
