No delivery to PO Box addresses or parcel lockers.

Returns

At ReDial, we offer a straightforward return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your device, contact us to receive a pre-paid label for returning it to PhoneCycle Pty Ltd. 

Please note:

• Refunds or exchanges are processed after the item is received and tested by PhoneCycle Pty Ltd.

• Our guarantee does not cover devices damaged by user actions, such as water damage or drops.

• Attempting to repair the device voids the guarantee.

Change of Mind (COM) Returns

• For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for delivery costs.

• COM policies are separate from warranty policies and do not apply to product issue returns.

Warranty

All devices come with a minimum 12-month warranty. Register your device to be eligible.

• Our warranty covers functional defects, offering repair or replacement for faulty devices.

• The warranty excludes damage caused by improper use, such as water damage or drops.

Defective Items and Timeline Restrictions

• There is no deadline for reporting damaged or faulty products.

• We offer fair solutions for any product issues, following ACCC guidelines.

• Each case is assessed individually, without strict time limits.

• Customers are not required to pay for return shipping on damaged, faulty, or DOA (Dead on Arrival) items.
