Grading Guidelines are as below:
All of the following grades (A, B+, B and C) are fully functional. Grading is purely based on cosmetic condition of the device. All Gradings comes with a minimum 80% battery health. If you are looking for more or a new battery, please feel free to get in touch after placing the order via your order page.
Refurbished Grade A (As New Condition) - This device has been through a careful inspection and testing process, and is in a premium condition, without any visible sign of previous use anywhere on the device.
Refurbished Grade B+ (Excellent Condition) - This device has been through a careful inspection and testing process, and is in excellent condition, which may have very minimal usage signs.
Refurbished Grade B (Very Good Condition) - This device has been through a careful inspection and testing process, and is in good condition, which may have obvious signs of wear and tear from the previous use.
Refurbished Grade C (Good Condition) - This device has been through a careful inspection and testing process, and is in acceptable condition, which may have obvious signs of wear and tear including scratches from the previous use. Its definitely worth the price.

We are Australian seller. All items are ready to be dispatched within 1-3 business days (weekend and public holidays are not included) after the payment is completed from our Sydney warehouse.
We use Auspost couriers to send all the items. And item will simply arrive within 1-6 business days after it is dispatched.
No need to take risk to buy from overseas. If you buy from overseas sellers, you will need to pay a high cost to send the item back for warranty. And wait more than a month to receive the item back.
Our courier only delivers during business hours Monday to Friday. Please nominate a shipping address which will allow you to sign for your parcel during these times (consider your work address).
Tracking numbers are provided to the buyer at the time of dispatch.
Once your item has been dispatched, please ensure someone is available at your nominated shipping address to sign for the delivery. Expect lengthy delays if no one is at the nominated address to sign for the delivery.
