The SAMYANG AF 24-70mm f/2.8 Sony E / FE Full Frame UMC II is an all-in-one zoom lens suitable for taking pictures as well as video with features optimised for video shooting and photography.
This lens par-focal function means the focus position does not change even when you zoom in or out, making grabbing quick cutaways and glorious b-roll so much easier. Among the 17 elements, Samyang used 9 special glasses, and premium material have adopted for the barrel. The Samyang AF 24-70mm f/2.8 Sony E / FE also features weather-sealing on 7 different spots in order to protect the lens from light rain or dust. Thanks to a Linear STM motor autofocus is both fast and accurate, and an excellent fit for tracking with eye recognition and face recognition.
The AF 24-70mm f/2.8 FE lens is optimized for video shooting. In a professional video recording environment that utilizes follow focus, it provides a par-focal function that maintains focus on the subject when zooming in and out. The seamless focus control ring, adopting the linear MF which allows focus change linearly in response to focus ring rotation, enables more intuitive and accurate follow focus control, compared to other electronic focus control rings. In addition, the focus speed is smoothly controlled when shooting the video on the autofocus mode, this lens provides a very stable video, in which focus wobble is reduced.

The AF 24-70mm f/2.8 FE features the latest STM(Stepping Motor), a larger and heavier focus lens group that can be controlled more quietly and precisely, providing excellent image quality in both photos and videos.
This zoom lens delivers a 24-70mm (wide-angle to short-telephoto) angle of view and a bright maximum aperture of f/2.8 throughout the entire zoom range, as commonly utilized by full-frame camera users, so it can be used for diverse photos such as landscapes, portraits, and snaps. In particular, the optimum resolution is achieved through the optical design of 17 elements in 14 groups (2 ASP, 1 H-ASP, 3 HR, and 3 ED).
Bright aperture of the AF 24-70 f/2.8 FE offers a beautifully blurred background. The subject and background are effectively separated with shallow depth of field, creating impressive images highlighting the subject. The 9-blade circular aperture contributes natural-looking bokeh and the beautiful starburst effect.
The minimum focusing distance is just 0.35m (1.15ft), so it is possible to produce a unique perspective close to the subject. It makes it easier to take various images such as food on tables or portraits with exaggerated features.
The AF 24-70 f/2.8 FE enhanced the usability considering the user's shooting environment. This Samyang's first zoom lens features weather sealing for 7 spots to protect from light dust, rain, and snow and provide the ability to capture stunning images in less than perfect conditions.
Equipped with the Custom Switch, shooting and operation are more intuitive and simple. You can easily select various functions such as Aperture Control Mode or MF Mode from the Switch, and enjoy the shooting mode that suits your personal preference.

All digiDirect parcels require a signature upon delivery. An "Authority to Leave" will not be accepted under any circumstances. However, If you are not in attendance at the time of delivery, the driver will leave an "Attempted Delivery" card and your parcel will be returned to your local post office for collection. Government recognised photo I.D. displaying your address must be presented along with your "Attempted Delivery" card upon pick up.
