Orders are usually sent out within two business days, and you can expect to receive them within 5-10 business days (subject to Location)

No delivery to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers (please provide residential or business address at checkout)

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

• If for any reason you are not happy with your product, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the item.

• Please note that shipping and handling costs are non-refundable, and that you are responsible for the return shipping charges.

• Returns will only be accepted for items that have not been used and are in their original packaging.

• We recommend return packages are sent via registered post so that it can be traced. We are not liable for return items that have been lost or damaged in transit.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

• If an item is received faulty, we will gladly replace or refund it you have contacted us within a reasonable time period.

• Please contact us with the details of the fault, including photos where relevant.
