How do I change the texture of my Scrub Daddy?
Cold water is the key to a firm scrubber. Hold under cold running tap water, immerse in ice water or dampen and place in the fridge. To soften, simply run under warm water.
When should I use my Scrub Daddy firm versus soft?
For messes in need of extra scrubbing power, like burnt on debris and stubborn stains, a firm consistency is best. Adversely, use soft for light cleaning jobs.
Are the Scrub Daddy Colours for specific applications?
Colourful scrubbers make it easy to avoid cross contamination or simply better coordinate with your decor! The choice is yours.
What type of cleaners can I use with my Scrub Daddy?
Our unique foam can remove many stains and debris with water alone, minimising the need for harsh chemicals. Try baking soda, vinegar or a mild dish soap for common household cleaning.
How long will my Scrub Daddy last?
Like any soft material, our foam will deteriorate over time. Harsh scrubbing or rough surfaces will erode the foam faster than with gentle use.

Can I exfoliate with my Scrub Daddy?
Yes! FlexTexture(TM) was originally designed to scrub hands. Keep in mind that it may be abrasive when used in cold water. We recommend starting with warm water for a soft texture, reducing the water temperature gradually if needed.
How can I sanitise my Scrub Daddy?
Dampen and place in the microwave for one minute to sanitise. We do not advise leaving it in the microwave longer than this.
How do I clean my dirty Scrub Daddy?
Place under warm running water and massage gently. Feel free to add a mild soap if needed. You may also place it in the dishwasher (top rack) if necessary.
How do Scrub Daddy products stay cleaner longer?
Our foam is engineered with a semi-closed cellular structure. This helps to prevent most debris from sticking or becoming embedded in the material.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. We start processing and packing your order as soon as you checkout. This helps us to send your goods quickly, but this also means that we're unable to make changes to your order, including delivery address, changing colours and sizes or removing items. In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is unavailable, The Next Pair will endeavour to notify you of any delay within 24 hours. All dispatch times exclude weekends and public holidays and are subject to change during holiday shopping periods. The Next Pair operates Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm
The Next Pair aims to deliver your order within 2-5 business days almost anywhere in Australia. Delivery times are estimated between 2-5 days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location (add a few extra business days for regional areas). See below for our delivery time guidelines. Please note during peak shopping periods such as Christmas, Australia Post or Startrack can delay delivery by upto 8 business days.
We’re not happy until you’re 100% satisfied with the fit of your new shoes. So if they’re anything short of perfect, simply send them back. The Next Pair has a 30 day Australia wide shipping returns policy for all online purchases, provided the items are unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Unfortunately we do not allow for exchanges at this point in time.
A few things to be mindful of when returning or returning shoes.
- The branded box is just as important as the shoes themselves, so please do not alter or tamper with it in any way. Do not attach shipping forms, tape or mark the box. Doing so can result in your return being rejected.
- We are unable to accept shoes returned with marked, soiled or dirty soles. We advise that when you try on your new shoes for the first time you do wear socks and test them out on carpet, especially on lighter colour shoes for precautionary reasons.
- We recommend you send your parcel via Registered Post. This ensures the parcel is assigned a tracking number so we can safely track your return parcel's journey back to us. Please drop your return off at any Australia Post office.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return if the above conditions have not been adhered to.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping fees on returns for change of mind. We will only cover the cost of return postage if we have shipped you the wrong items or if any items are faulty.
Returns may take up to 3-5 business days to reach our warehouse. Once we have received the return, your refund will be processed in 1-3 business days. Refunds are always processed by Catch and credited to the original method of payment at the time of purchase. Please also allow 3-5 business days for your financial institution to process the funds back into your account.
A refund will not be processed if the goods returned do not comply with this Returns Policy.
