Change of Mind

We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of your purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.

We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards.
