Take on the city with this powerful ride
The new Segway F3 series delivers strong, reliable power for city commuting and hilly streets. The F3 features a 1000W high-torque brushless motor and handles inclines up to 20%. For even more power, the F3 Pro boasts a more powerful 1200W motor, taking on slopes up to 24%.
Both models ensure smooth acceleration and consistent speed, making every ride effortless and enjoyable.
Ride longer with SegRange(TM)
The Ninebot F3 and F3 Pro keep you riding longer with Segway's self-developed SegRange(TM) technology. A 477Wh battery delivers up to 70 KMS of range (50 KMS in sport mode) on a single charge.
The battery also comes with an upgraded BMS 2.0 with 12 features, including overcharging protection, short circuit protection, overcurrent protection, and smart charge scheduling.
For covering even greater distances, an optional 460Wh external battery* adds up to 61 KMS of extra range.

Upgraded suspension and tyres for butter-smooth rides
Unlike the F2, which had no suspension, or the F2 Pro, which only had front suspension, the new F3 and F3 Pro scooters deliver better shock absorption for a steadier, more enjoyable commute.
With front hydraulic and rear elastomer suspension, the F3 scooters absorb bumps to make rough city streets feel smoother, keeping you comfortable even on brick paths or uneven pavement.
On the other hand, Segway retains 10-inch tubeless self-sealing tyres on these models. These puncture-resistant tyres instantly seal small leaks so you can reduce the risk of flats and keep maintenance to a minimum.
Designed for maximum comfort and control
The Ninebot F3 and F3 Pro offer a spacious 180 x 510 mm footboard, giving you plenty of room for a secure stance. A sturdy magnesium alloy frame enhances stability, while the curved handlebar is angled for a natural grip.
Shock-absorbing grips provide extra cushioning, so your hands stay comfortable even on longer rides. For effortless rides, a flexible multifunction button allows easy control without letting go of the handlebars.
Top-tier technology for stable rides
Expect nothing less than precise braking and superior stability from the F3 series. The F3 features a front disc brake and rear electronic brake, while the F3 Pro upgrades to dual disc brakes for faster, more reliable stopping power.
SegRide(TM) Stability Enhancement keeps the ride smooth at high speeds and on slippery roads, while an 80 mm trailing distance and tuned steering damping improve balance and control. The curved handlebar ensures a comfortable grip, and Segway's TCS (Traction Control System) enhances skid resistance and prevents slips.

Both scooters feature a powerful 6W automatic headlight that adjusts to lighting conditions, which are thrice as bright as the previous series, with twice the illuminating distance.
With an upgraded IPX6 water resistance rating (an improvement over the previous IPX5-rated models), the F3 series provides stronger protection against rain and water jets.
For added security, a dedicated front locking rim at the base of the stem is added so it's easier for you to use chain or U-locks.
Instant access, easy tracking
The F3 and F3 Pro come equipped with advanced features for added convenience and security. The AirLock system, which uses Bluetooth unlocking, allows your scooter to automatically unlock when you're nearby. You can customise the unlocking distance through the Segway Mobility app.
For extra peace of mind, Apple Find My integration lets you track your scooter directly from your Apple devices. Simply activate it through the Segway Mobility app, and you'll always know where your ride is when you need it.

This Limited Warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship of the Product arising or occurring as a result of your normal and ordinary use of the Product. In the event a defect covered by this Limited Warranty occurs, Electric Kicks will repair or replace your Product in accordance with the terms of this Limited Warranty.
Please note, the warranty does not cover damages caused by crashes or mistreatment under any circumstance. Nor does it cover burnt control boards/wires and/or motor due to excessive on-going acceleration ie pushing the scooter past its limitations. Additionally all weight load limits need to be adhered to and failure may result in warranty becoming void. Warranty does not cover water damage.
WARRANTY WILL BE VOID IF YOU “FLASH” or edit your scooter firmware in any way.
Please also note that servicing is not covered under warranty.
The applicable period for the Limited Warranty begins from the later of either: (1.) the original purchase date of the Product (2.) the activation date of the Product (if applicable, eg. for the Segway Scooter range via the Segway App or (3.) 12 Months or 1,000kms of distance travelled; (4.) Warranty does not apply if the Scooter is being used as a courier vehicle (e.g. Uber Eats, Deliveroo, etc); (5) The warranty is not transferable if the unity is on sold to a third party or a second hand purchase of any kind; and applies to the Product in the following ways:

Tyre, brake, handlebar grips, decals and board tape/grip board are not covered under warranty as they are considered wear and tear items. Additionally freight is not covered nor refundable under warranty.
Should you need to submit a warranty claim, you are responsible for return postage costs.
Should Electric Kicks replace your scooter, replacement scooters are not covered by further warranty or repairs.
APOLLO SCOOTERS WARRANTY
All Apollo scooters have an industry-leading warranty comprised of a 24 month warranty - 12 month warranty + 12 month cost price servicing and spare parts.
Warranty coverage includes all scooter problems that are not from wear and tear, from stem to component failure. Components covered by warranty are: throttle, turning shaft, frame/folding mechanism, controller, LED lights, battery/BMS, motor, brake calliper, suspension, and charger.
