High tech vacuum rolled packaging technology. Mattress will expand in minutes after unpacking and will be usable within 1 day. Please allow
the mattress to expand for at least 24 hours before you sleep on it. Mattress may take up to 5 days to fully restore. Due to compressed
packaging, the final 5% of manufactured height may take longer time in some cases.

All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.
We currently dispatch only to addresses within Australia. we work with different courier partners, the type of courier used is dependent upon size and weight of each item and the delivery location. Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 3 and 8 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Remote areas will required longer delivery time.
If you are given a tracking number, please use it to track the delivery status of your order. Some products may be dispatched in more than one carton.

We accept free returns due to product quality issues. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

We accept a 14 day COM (change of mind) policy when you change their mind, but you need to pay for return costs and the item must is in brand new resell-able condition. This mattress is amazing value for money. Diffinatly not plush. It is a firm-medium feel and it's just what I wanted. The test will be to see how long its shape endures for the price. Very happy thus far after 4 weeks! Great product, fast delivery and easy to unpack.
