Packaging & Unpacking:

High tech vacuum rolled packaging technology. Mattress will expand in minutes after unpacking and will be usable within 1 day. Please allow
the mattress to expand for at least 24 hours before you sleep on it. Mattress may take up to 5 days to fully restore. Due to compressed
packaging, the final 5% of manufactured height may take longer time in some cases.

We offer free delivery service, Except for remote areas.

Please pay attention to shipping exclusions, we do not provide free shipping in some remote areas, additional postage is required, if you cannot accept it, we will cancel your order.

All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.

We currently dispatch only to addresses within Australia. we work with different courier partners, the type of courier used is dependent upon size and weight of each item and the delivery location. Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 3 and 8 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Remote areas will required longer delivery time.

If you are given a tracking number, please use it to track the delivery status of your order. Some products may be dispatched in more than one carton.

We aim to dispatch all products within one working day after your full payment is made.

Additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.

Buyers must agree with the above postage and handling terms before purchase.

We accept free returns due to product quality issues. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

We accept a 14 day COM (change of mind) policy when you change their mind, but you need to pay for return costs and the item must is in brand new resell-able condition. Applicable freight fees will be deducted from your refund in cases where you changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return the product. This also applies to orders canceled while in transit.

All returns must be directed through Customer Service. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and accepted.
