Seppelt have a rich heritage in sparkling wine and are the pioneers of the uniquely Australian Sparkling Shiraz. Seppelt crafts beautiful wines that express the unique personalities of their vineyards across premium cool-climate Grampians country, the wild Henty hinterland, and the famous Cambrian soils of Heathcote.
This classic, dry style of sparkling rose begins with a complex, savoury nose of brioche, mineral salt and wild strawberry. The palate boasts further strawberry notes as well as rhubarb and red currant. Tied together with layers of chalky dark chocolatey tannins, this rich old-world wine flows to a smooth lingering finish.
