Sera Pond Mix Royal is the staple food consisting of carefully processed flakes, granules and whole Gammarus to feed your fish throughout the year. The balanced blend contains everything pond fish of different species and sizes need for a healthy development and strong disease resistance. The small ones eat the flakes, whereas the bigger ones can choose from three savory granules. The tasty Gammarus rich in minerals (7%) are a special treat. The floating food keeps its shape for a long time and does not pollute the water.
Feed sparingly once or twice a day throughout the year, only as much as the fish take up within short time. Due to the high nutritional value of the ingredients, your fish do not need to consume large quantities. The rate of absobtion is very high with out the waste of fillers. This will lead to healthier fish and less waist in your tank that can end up as ammonia.

So, you have just received your item and it is just might not be right for you. No problem you can return your item and get a full refund or exchange of your item’s purchase price for up to 30 days. Return shipping is payable by the customer.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
If your product fails within 60 days or arrives broken, we will repair or replace it. We have the right to get the product back to us or we can ask you to send a picture of the product with the power cord cut in half, so that we can supply you a replacement without the need to return the faulty product. We will pay for the return cost. We will issue you an RMA number, please place that on the product ready for return. Please note that we do NOT accept COD deliveries.
If your product fails outside the 60 days, we cover our products with a return to base warranty, where we will fix/replace the item. We have great rates with our couriers, and we are more than happy to share these with you, just ask and we can get that organised for you.
