1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

Shipping even during the busy holidays was quick. The item arrived within the arrival dates specified. The item is in good packaging and good quality. I just haven't assembled them but I've inspected the chair and parts and they appear to be in order. The colour is exactly what I wanted.
