Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

Really nice stools. Easy to put together. Great price and good quality. Happy with purchase. Only negative would be I wish they could be purchased separately instead of as a pair

We are very pleased with our lovely bar stools. I have been looking for some for quite a while and these look perfect at our brekky bar. They were also very easy to put together and are of very good quality (and most comfortable!)
